Kinlin Rutherfurd is a firm of architects and designers based in New York City. Our private client projects include country homes in the mountains and at the beach, as well as Manhattan townhouses, penthouses and apartments. We also design complete multi-unit building renovations of large residential properties that include lobbies, apartment interiors, penthouses and amenity spaces.
