This Modern multi-story home was created within the exterior shell of a landmarked townhouse on West 90th Street. The front façade was restored to its original condition with period details and historically accurate windows and trim details. Behind it, a new family home was created with open and connecting interior spaces. The furniture and decoration are also by Kinlin Rutherfurd.
