West 12th Street

The building at 59 West 12th Street in the Greenwich Village Historic District was designed by the noted architect Emery Roth whose other works include the Beresford and The Eldorado. It opened in 1931.

Kinlin Rutherfurd created a new residence with a modern and open plan in the footprint of what had been two separate apartments. The modern home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two-wood-burning fireplaces, a large kitchen and family room, a library and outdoor terrace.
